Units are a varying mix of 1 and 2 story products with 2 and 3 bedroom designs.

There are a total of 31 lots for a total of 31 buildings. This is the only duplex subdivision in this area and this development is surrounded by existing single family neighborhoods and future commercial development that fronts a highway that is near the subdivision. Directly next door to this community is an mature development for retired people. It is very possible that some of the residents of the retirement center would purchase these units since they are newer. Approximately 1 mile away and across the street from the Walgreen's and Home Depot is a brand new high end home development that is a Spanish design. These homes sit on the top of a bluff that overlooks the valley that drops down to the lake. These homes range in the $300,000+ range.

This project is located on the southern side of Marble Falls. This is a very critical point to make since the southern portion of Marble Falls is both closer to the lake and is already mostly built out. This means most activity is on the southern part of the city. A brand new $850 million project is starting in 2007 but it will be located farther north and be less desirable since it is farther from the city center and farther away from water.
