Reservation/Purchase

Reservation to purchase a unit in Cabana Cay requires a $7,500 fully refundable non-binding deposit.

At contract a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price will be due. A secured letter of credit may be used for half of the required deposit. The initial reservation deposit is credited toward the cash portion of the 20% deposit.
