Reservation Forms
As was mentioned during the live web event, the below steps are needed if you are interested in getting into this project. Please follow these instructions carefully. Note that time is of the essence.
1. Print out a copy of the Letter of Interest Deposit Agreement (click here to download form). Complete, sign and date the form. Note that incomplete forms will not be forwarded to the developer.
2. Make your refundable Letter of Interest Deposit check for $5,000 out to Chicago Title.
3. Complete the Prequalification Form from Countrywide.
4. Fax a copy of ...
... The completed and signed Agreement
... The Reservation Deposit Check
... The Completed Prequalification form
Fax to (888) 251-0851. Note that these faxes will be time stamped and set your priority in this project.
5. Immediately overnight the Reservation Deposit and the signed Agreement to:

Remember to keep a copy of the check and the Reservation Deposit Agreement for your own records.
6. Once the faxes have been received, the unit selection process will begin. You will be contacted via e-mail with additional information needed for project selection. You will be directed to a page that has the unit matrix for this project and the detailed site map. After you are contacted, you will be asked to pick your top 5 choices for unit selection with a fast turn-around (if you do not reply back within the allotted timeframe, you will loose your place in line).
7. You will then be notified as to the status of your selection and then you will be contacted by the developer and the preferred lender (Countrywide) for any additional details, etc.
8. Once Unit Selection is complete, the developer will send you a package that contains the Purchase Agreement, and additional items needed on this project (i.e. Loan Application). You will then completely fill out the Loan Application and return that within 3 days of your initial receipt, fill-out, sign, and witness the contract/purchase agreement per instructions, then return the contract and other paperwork to the developer within 3 days of your initial receipt.
9. Closing - expected to start closings late July / early August 2006.
