How to Sign Up.
1. Complete our online form.
The only qualification you must meet is that you be an active licensed real estate sales associate or broker in any state.

2. Wait for confirmation.
Moments after you complete our online signup form you will receive a Welcome Letter via email. This letter will provide
you with access to the opportunities available for you to sell. Each opportunity will have its own commission percentage.
3. Directing clients to opportunities.
We provide you with resorthaven.com to which you direct clients with your "insider code". Our agent friendly
website is designed so that clients work with you. We provide you the access
to this site along with the list of available inventory and documentation.
4. Submitting reservations/sales.
You will send any reservations or contracts directly to Price Morgan to ensure the reservation is held in
your clients name. Please make sure
your name appears on any paperwork as the agent to ensure accurate commission payments.
5. Collecting your commissions.
You will receive your commissions at the close of any sales. In the case of most pre-construction developments
this is when CO (certificate of occupancy) is issued at the completion of the development.
